About This Project

At Shivah Web Tech, we were commissioned to design and build a full-featured Shopify e-commerce store for Certified Jewelry NYC — a luxury jewellery brand based in New York City offering an exceptional range of certified diamonds, engagement rings, fine gold jewellery, and bespoke pieces. What made this project particularly interesting was the dual nature of the client’s business model. Certified Jewelry NYC sells online, but they also operate a physical showroom in New York where clients can view pieces in person, consult with jewellery specialists, and make high-value purchases with the reassurance of a face-to-face experience. The platform needed to support both channels simultaneously — driving online sales while also converting digital visitors into showroom appointments. The Client’s Challenge

Our Design & Development Approach

Our design team led the visual direction of the Certified Jewelry NYC store with a clear guiding principle — every design decision must reinforce the perception of premium quality. We developed a custom Shopify theme built entirely from scratch using a palette of soft ivory, deep charcoal, and warm gold accents that complement the jewellery photography without competing with it. We built a fully automated booking flow with real-time calendar availability, instant confirmation emails, automated reminders 24 hours before the appointment, and a post-visit follow-up sequence to encourage online purchases from clients who visited in person but did not complete a purchase on the day.

Conversion Optimisation & SEO
